We want you to feel confident shopping with Bad Plaid Thrift. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted on eligible items when they are sent back in the same condition in which they were received.

If an item was sold new with tags, all original tags must remain attached for the return to be approved.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Return Window

Returns must be started within 10 days from the date of delivery of an item. Returns sent after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

A $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email customerservice@badplaidthrift.com with “Return” in the subject line. Include your order number and full name in the body of the email.

Once your request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label within 12 hours. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date, as shown by the carrier’s tracking information. Please refer to your tracking information to confirm your delivery date.

Returns sent after this window will not be accepted.

A $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within one business day. Please allow standard processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.
