Do you offer returns?
Yes. We accept returns when items are sent back in the same condition. If the item was new with tags, the tags must still be attached. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date shown on tracking. An $8.50 return shipping fee applies, and original shipping is not refundable.

How fast do you ship?
Orders ship Monday through Thursday. If your order comes in before noon CST on those days, it ships the same day. Anything placed after that ships the next shipping day.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Tennessee.

Are your items pre-loved or new?
Most pieces are pre-loved treasures, and some arrive new with tags. Each listing clearly states the condition.

How do you choose your inventory?
Our inventory comes from a mix of donated pieces, curated thrift finds, pallet purchases, and boutique closeouts. Every item is hand-selected for quality and style.
